Tatu
Tatu found a forever home!
Our neighbor at the Scuba Shack, Eric le Prince, always walks his pedigreed miniature Schnauzer female each morning and night. His dog is perfectly behaved and follows along without a leash.
One night, however, she wasn't behaving perfectly; she snuck out of the yard, and you guessed it, she came back "preggers!" There were four puppies in her litter, and all have found homes except "Tatu."
Tatu is two months old, has had his shots, and will come with a free sterilization. He has a wonderful personality; you can definitely see the Schnauzer in him. And he's really smart, too. This breed is great with older, respectable children, and is very social.
The Schnauzer breed does very well in killing rats, which is what they were commonly used for, and they do well in hunting, tracking, competitive obedience, and performing tricks. Tatu is well-mannered and very obedient, making him a great student for housebreaking and leash training. A very perky little guy, he'll be a devoted companion in his forever home. He will love to be around his owner - he will do best in a family environment. He will also be an alarm dog, barking at the sight or sound of something odd or at anything treading onto his territory.
